Link Development Powers Orascom Development’s Digital Transformation

Link Development, a global technology solutions provider and an A15 company, unveiled today the delivery of pioneering digital transformation technology solution to Orascom Development Holding (ODH), the giant real-estate developer, aiming to reshape the digital productivity and presence of its global and regional subsidiaries.

Drawing on the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, GIS, Drupal on Azure, mobility and others, the solution digitalizes ODH business journeys including sales, internal operations, customer service, marketing performance, customer response management, social engagement, online and mobile presence, and more.

The solution automates the whole sales process of hotels, residential units and leisure facilities; featuring visual units selling through 3D maps accessed from laptops, smartphones and tablets; including a central location for multisource lead and opportunity management plus customized payment plans.
