Asser Ramadan, Appointed as UAE Country Manager
Monday, Jun 04, 2018It’s our pleasure to announce that as of June 1st, 2018, Asser Ramadan has been appointed as Link Development's UAE Country Manager to lead our UAE business towards more growth and successful journeys with our customers and partners.
From our new office in Media City, Asser will be steering our future expansion in UAE digital transformation businesses; aligning with the latest technology trends, government initiatives and key industry practices to deliver top-notch solutions for our customers and partners.
With a great focus on cloud, AI, data and targeted business and web solutions, Asser will ensure the enablement of new agile ways in doing business, new innovative approaches to understand and translate our customers’ business drivers and demands into successful solutions that bring a distinctive and productive rollout for their digital transformation journeys.
Asser brings in more than 19 years of experience in value-based selling, product development and commercial force management; helping customers bridge the gap between business and technology through the adoption and implementation of technology solutions that add solid business value.
A holder of a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Masters of Science in Information Technology from Nottingham University - UK, and an MBA from the American University in Cairo, Asser’s experience includes working with national, international and multinational organizations.
Asser has a heavy regional exposure across various industry segments such as private sector companies, financial services and key government entities. Additionally, he has worked for some of the big names such as Oracle, Raya, HP Services (formerly EDS). From 2014 to 2017, Asser assumed the position of the Head of Presales for Digital Services, Link Development, where he managed the company’s regional pre-sales operations in Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Saudi, Kuwait and others for more than 3 years.
