Link Development Showcases Enterprise Roadmap for Effective Customer Engagement Technologies in 16th CET Conference

Link Development announced today that it will sponsoring the 16th Customer Engagement Technology World Series Conference, as an exhibitor, speaker and panelist focusing on digital engagement technologies. The flagship regional event will be held for the first time in Egypt on Wednesday 15th of August, 2018 at Ramses Hilton Hotel, Downtown Cairo.

The Customer Engagement Technology (CET) Conference comes at the heart of Customer Engagement Technology World Event Series held across the MEA region. It is a platform that connects major industry players of the region with key decision makers across all sectors to discuss the most cutting edge innovations and upcoming trends that help shape the future of business-customer relationships.

A previous sponsor to CET masterclasses in the United Arab of Emirates, Link Development has introduced the importance of digital customer engagement in the areas of field managementidea management and innovation. The masterclasses were broadcasted live. 

In its 16th round, Link Development is helping CET to launch their presence in the Egyptian market. The event successfully brings together over 300 participants to discover the latest solutions that enable greater customer experience in various industries.

Ahmed Abdel Hameed, Digital Services, General Manager will be giving a session named “Enterprise Digital Transformation: Roadmap for Effective Customer Engagement Technologies”. Held on 4:10 PM, the session will help enterprise decision makers visualize a roadmap that they can follow using latest digital, cost-effective technologies to reinvent the relationship with customers using exciting, contextual journeys across all customer-facing touchpoints.  

Ahmed will also be participating in a rich panel discussion called “Growing Importance of Contact Centres”. He will be highlighting the role digital can play in enriching and optimizing call centers operations and resources efforts, time and cost in contact centers. The panel will be held at 2:30 PM.
